Country Coach, Inc. is a Highline motorcoach builder celebrating over 33 years of manufacturing excellence. Over that time, the Country Coach has grown from two employees in a 2,000 square foot facility to occupy over eight city blocks in Junction City, Oregon. Here, over 1700 employees build a full product line of coaches within 508,000 square feet of facilities. These facilities include the engineering department, customer care center, service department, an environmentally controlled room for electronic component assembly, a reinforced plastics facility, steel fabrication, cabinetry shop, chassis manufacturing, a dynamometer and brake testing facility, an upholstery department, wire harness assembly area, lamination facility and state-of-the-art paint booths.
